Description
In collaboration with FICAM, GSA conducted a Reverse Industry Training event on September 17, 2018, which highlighted some of the main barriers of doing business government. This session explores the basic planning steps and considerations for determining the PACS that is “just right” for your agency. Guidance is shared to make sure you don’t end up with a low-cost system that doesn’t reduce risk enough or end up with an expensive system where the risk reduction doesn’t justify the cost.
